For people that deal with the police all the time it seems im surprised they dont know much about the law and charges and all that ... Like thinking you need to be read rights for every arrest just like that or that things like that are automatically a felony (im not all the way through so i dont know what he actually was charged with yet or what it ended up being so it very well could be it depends on the state and their laws and how the cops charge it) or walking up and admitting things to the cop or then talking about it in the car to the camera (i do get he is talking for the camera but i would be silent i would have said nothing more then "i am the owner of the car" unless i called my lawyer before i walked over there and was advised to say something more...
